Dzia\u0142a szybko i poza tym, \u017ce jest zwalcza anemi\u0119, odbudowuje mikroflor\u0119 jelit, wzmacnia organizm i naprawd\u0119 leczy. Trzeba go jednak pi\u0107 na czczo! Jeden du\u017cy kieliszek rano wystarczy, \u017ceby po kilku tygodniach odczu\u0107 r\u00f3\u017cnic\u0119. Ja pi\u0142am przez trzy miesi\u0105ce i po anemii ani \u015bladu.<\/p>\n<p>Do przygotowania barszczu kiszonego potrzebujesz:<\/p>\n<p>4 buraki<\/p>\n<p>sk\u00f3rk\u0119 z kromki razowego chleba<\/p>\n<p>3 z\u0105bki czosnku<\/p>\n<p>zimn\u0105, przegotowan\u0105 wod\u0119<\/p>\n<p>posiekan\u0105 jarzynk\u0119 (gar\u015b\u0107): marchewka, seler i pietruszka<\/p>\n<p>tymianek, bazyli\u0119 i koper \u0142\u0105cznie z \u0142ody\u017ckami (po dwie na ka\u017cde zi\u00f3\u0142ko)<\/p>\n<p>szczypta soli do osolenia wody<\/p>\n<p>Wszystkie warzywa, \u0142\u0105cznie z pokrojonymi w plastry, umytymi burakami, chlebkiem i \u201czielonym\u201d wsadzam na dno s\u0142oja. Zalewam osolon\u0105 wod\u0105 do lekko powy\u017cej 3\/4\/ obj\u0119to\u015bci du\u017cego s\u0142oja (najlepiej glinianego). Zakr\u0119cam lub przykrywam s\u0142\u00f3j pokrywk\u0105 i odstawiam w ciemne, ciep\u0142e miejsce, a\u017c do pojawienia si\u0119 piany (kilka dni). Odcedzam do butelek i odstawiam na dodatkowe 2-3 dni. Po otwarciu przechowuj\u0119 w lod\u00f3wce, maksimum 2 tygodnie. I tried molasses with lemon juice (also a great remedy) but barszcz seemed to work much faster. Its garlicky taste is heavenly, although for many it may be way too strong. My husband finds it too challenging:-)<\/p>\n<p>All you need is:<\/p>\n<p>4 beetroots (washed and chopped into pieces)<\/p>\n<p>3 garlic cloves (peeled)<\/p>\n<p>boiled water, cold<\/p>\n<p>a handful of mixed fresh vegetables: carrots, parsley and celeriac root<\/p>\n<p>crust of brown bread (cut it off one slice)<\/p>\n<p>a few straws of thyme, basil and dill<\/p>\n<p>pinch of salt<\/p>\n<p>bigger jar<\/p>\n<p>Mix salt with water, \u00a0put all the herbs, bread crust, garlic, mixed veggies and beetroot at the bottom of the jar, cover with salted water (not completely, just a bit over 3\/4 of the jar is enough) \u00a0put the lid on and let it ferment in a dry, cool place for a few days until \u00a0foam starts to appear. Transfer the liquid only to glass bottles and let it \u201ccure\u201d for another 2-3 days.
